# “First term” of payment means the length of time from the issue of the license or permit to the next June 30, plus the following full fiscal year. The first term payment includes the prorated first partial year plus the following full year. No additional regular license or permit fee will be assessed until the end of the full fiscal year. For example, a license issued on 8/1/2017, will have the first term payment due for 8/1/2017 – 6/30/2019. One payment will be made for this entire term, and the next fee will be due on 6/30/2019, for the term 7/1/2019 – 6/30/2020.
Payment Options Online payments can be made using a Credit (VISA, MasterCard or Discover) or Debit card for any fees due after login to your HTSB account. Go to My Profile > Fees/Payments tab to view pending payments, make an online payment, view your payment history, and print a payment receipt.
