UH Manoa: Early Childhood Education (ECED) Graduate Certificate

The Early Childhood Education (ECED) Graduate Certificate is an 18-credit, 3 semester certificate that develops foundational knowledge and competencies for Lead Teachers in programs for young children. This cohorted program is delivered via hybrid courses (online synchronous) two evenings a week & in person (2-3 Saturdays a semester). Cohort I begins Fall 2024. Coursework and practice-based key assessments enable program completers to demonstrate national Professional Standards and Competencies for Early Childhood Educators.The program allows licensed teachers to add-a-field in early childhood education. Financial Assistance available.
