Contact Us

The Hawaii Teacher Standards Board (HTSB) warns licensees to be aware of scams where thieves pose as state officials to obtain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and intimidate potential victims. HTSB account holders should send a message using the Contact HTSB tab of their account with any questions and we will respond using your secure account.

HTSB staff answers messages from HTSB accounts, emails, and telephone calls in the order they are received.

During peak application times, staff responds as quickly as possible, and processing time for applications may take up to six weeks.

(Please note that the Contact HTSB tab is the most efficient way to communicate with HTSB regarding applications, licensing, and permits)
