HTSB Website and Licensing System Transition: Scheduled Downtime November 21-24, 2025

The Hawaiʻi Teacher Standards Board (HTSB) website will be transitioning to a new and improved platform to better serve the public. As part of this upgrade, the current website and Licensing Management System will be temporarily unavailable during the scheduled website conversion from Friday, November 21, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. HST to Monday, November 24, 2025, at 7:00 a.m. HST.
During this period, the website, online services, and Licensing Management System will be inaccessible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete these important updates. The new platform will provide an enhanced user experience and easier access to resources.
