Performance Standards

The Hawaiʻi Teacher Standards Board has adopted new standards for teachers, librarians, and counselors. These new standards replace the existing Teacher Performance Standards for teachers, librarians, and counselors renewing their licenses that expire on or after July 1, 2014. Additionally, Hawaiʻi State Approved Teacher Education Programs (SATEP) incorporated these Performance Standards into their programs as of July 1, 2014. These informational videos are an introduction to these standards.
