If you have never logged in to the new HTSB system:
HTSB deployed a new licensing system on July 31, 2017.
Your old login and password will not work on the new system.
You should have received a new login and password by email
if you had an active email address in your license record.
If you cannot access your login information email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
By doing this, you will have a return email with your
login/password and avoid "phone tag."
Do not click "Forgot password" or "Unlock My Account,"
as it will not work if you have not yet logged in to the new system.
If you have logged in at least once since July 31, 2017:
If you have successfully logged in to the new system after
July 31, 2017, but are experiencing difficulty, you may use
the "Forgot password" and "Unlock My Account" links below
under "Current Users." You will be asked for the answers to
your Secret Questions. If you still cannot access your account,
email HTSB at email@example.com.
